Starting your journey with us is simple, transparent, and designed to ensure the perfect fit for your child. Here’s a step-by-step look at our process, from our first chat to ongoing success. We know no family or child is the same, so we are flexible and ready to adapt our process to fit your needs.

Initial Contact

Reach out to Dan via our consultation form, email, or phone. He will guide you through the process and answer any initial questions.

Discovery Chat

He'll offer to schedule a friendly, informal chat to discuss your child's specific needs, learning style, and academic goals in detail.

Free Taster Session

He'll book in a 30-minute taster session. This is a great chance for your child to meet their tutor and experience their teaching style firsthand, with no obligation to continue.

Tailored Learning Plan

After the taster session, we'll work with you to decide on the best course of action and create a plan tailored to your child's goals.

Regular Tutoring Sessions

With a plan in place, regular one-to-one sessions will begin, focusing on building knowledge, skills, and confidence in a supportive environment. Your child will be encouraged to lead sessions by picking topics they struggle with.

Ongoing Support & Feedback

You'll have direct contact for the tutor and be able to ask questions about progress anytime. If you feel the focus of sessions ever needs to change, the tutor is always ready to adapt.
